Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsorship Commitment - By submitting payment, the sponsor agrees to the selected sponsorship level, benefits, and deliverables as outlined in the sponsorship package or agreement.

2. Payment Terms - All sponsorships must be paid in full by the agreed deadline unless otherwise stated in writing. Sponsorship benefits are not guaranteed until payment is received.

3. Non-Refundable Policy - Sponsorship fees are non-refundable, including in cases of sponsor cancellation, non-attendance, or change in marketing strategy by the sponsor.

4. Use of Logos & Materials - Sponsors grant permission for their name, logo, and branding to be used for promotional purposes related to the event or program. Sponsors are responsible for providing correct, high-resolution branding assets by stated deadlines.

5. Deliverables & Deadlines -Marketing placements, recognition, and benefits are subject to deadlines. Late submission of materials may result in reduced or forfeited exposure without refund.

6. Event or Program Changes - Organizers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event, schedule, venue, or format. Sponsorship benefits will be honored as closely as possible.

7. Force Majeure - The organizer is not liable for delays, modifications, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to weather, acts of God, government orders, or emergencies.

8. Sponsor Conduct - Sponsors must align with the values and mission of the organization or event. The organizer reserves the right to refuse or revoke sponsorships that conflict with those values.

9. Liability - Sponsors participate at their own risk and agree to release the organizer from liability for loss, damage, or injury related to sponsorship participation.

10. Agreement Acceptance - Payment submission constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Sponsorships may be partially tax-deductible. Only amounts exceeding the fair market value of benefits received are deductible. Please consult your tax advisor.
