By registering a child for The Lift Up Program™ and Camp 29 at Sedona Red Rock High School, the parent, legal guardian, or participant (if 18 years of age or older) agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Registration & Payment
Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

• The registration fee is $25 per participant.

• Registration fees are non-refundable unless the camp is canceled by The Lift Up Program™, Camp 29, or THAT Event Company.

• Participant substitutions may be approved in advance by the organizers.

2. Camp Participation

• Camp is open to all boys and girls within the listed age groups.

• Session 1 is for ages 8–12 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

• Session 2 is for ages 13–18 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

• Participants must check in prior to the start of their scheduled session.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring participants arrive on time and are picked up promptly at the conclusion of camp.

3. Health, Safety & Medical Authorization
Participation in football camps and athletic activities involves inherent physical risks.

• By registering, the parent/guardian acknowledges that the participant is physically able to participate in camp activities.

• The parent/guardian authorizes camp staff, volunteers, or emergency personnel to obtain emergency medical treatment for the participant if necessary.

• Any known medical conditions, allergies, physical limitations, or special needs should be disclosed at the time of registration.

4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
The parent/guardian and participant understand that participation in athletic drills, football instruction, conditioning, and related camp activities may involve risk of injury.

• By registering, the parent/guardian and participant voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

• The Lift Up Program™, Camp 29, THAT Event Company, Sedona Red Rock High School, coaches, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliated parties shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, theft, or damage to persons or property arising from participation in the camp, except where required by law.

5. Conduct & Sportsmanship

• Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, volunteers, fellow campers, and facility property at all times.

• Bullying, harassment, disruptive behavior, fighting, abusive language, or unsafe conduct will not be tolerated.

• Organizers reserve the right to dismiss any participant for inappropriate behavior without refund.

6. Weather & Camp Changes

• Camp will take place as scheduled unless weather, field conditions, facility issues, or other circumstances require modification, delay, or cancellation.

• Organizers reserve the right to adjust schedules, activities, or location if necessary for participant safety.

• No refunds will be issued for schedule adjustments unless the event is fully canceled by the organizers.

7. Photography, Video & Media Release
By registering, the parent/guardian grants permission for the participant’s name, image, voice, and likeness to be photographed or recorded during camp activities.

• These materials may be used by The Lift Up Program™, Camp 29, and THAT Event Company for promotional, marketing, social media, website, and related purposes without compensation.

8. Personal Belongings

• Participants are responsible for their own personal items.

• The Lift Up Program™, Camp 29, THAT Event Company, Sedona Red Rock High School, and associated staff or volunteers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.

9. Sponsorship & Volunteer Support

• The camp may include support from sponsors and volunteers who provide items such as T-shirts, hats, water, drinks, and snacks.

• All sponsorships and donations are subject to organizer approval.

10. Agreement
By submitting registration, the parent, legal guardian, or adult participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
